GP - Visicare

 

VisiCare aims to develop patient-centric assessments for patients with recommendations for further action. These are to be made available to GPs through TO+ GP.

​

The patient brings the data and carries the data to save time and gives the GP access to the assessments and recommendations. With a focus on early detection and preventive care the GP can follow and monitor the development of the patient and thereby help prevent unnecessary hospitalisations.
